We keep this information securely in the UK, and for as long as you are a member or subscriber.

We will also add you to our newsletter mailing list. If you do not want this, you can unsubscribe any time.

We keep your e-mail for securely in the UK for as long as you subscribe. If you unsubscribe, we remove your email from our subscriber database to make sure we don’t e-mail you again.

You will need to log in to add content or comments. Content and comments are moderated. We will remove anything inappropriate.


Your rights

You can request a copy of all the information we hold about you. The only information we hold about you is what you provide us: your e-mail address and any comments you make.

You have the right to request we delete your data. If you stop being a member, and do not receive the newsletter, we will delete your e-mail address.

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO – the UK regulator for data protection law) if you fell we have not handled your information appropriately. The ICO expects individuals to first try to resolve any issues directly with the organisation.
